The 4th Infantry Division Dragon Mountain Base Camp is renamed Camp Enari in the honor of USA 1st Lieutenant Mark N Enari who was the 1st Fourth Infantry Division soldier to receive the Silver Star posthumously. Soldiers stand at ease on the ground. A few soldiers hold flags. Red Cross girls stand in honor. Dedications address by Lt Gen Stanley R Larsen, CG 1st Field Forces Vietnam and U.S. Army Maj Gen William R Peers, Commander, 4th Infantry Division from a makeshift dais. They move towards the veiled main gate of the camp. Two soldiers stand in attention at either side of the veiled gate. Lt Gen Stanley R Larsen and Maj Gen William R Peers unveil the plaque with the help of the two soldiers. The troops salute. The officers move back to the dais. Senior officers take their places.
